START 2020 WITH A NEW ONLINE CREATIVE COLLAGE WORKSHOP
Start the new year off with a new online collage workshop hosted by artist and author Randel Plowman. Whether it's gaining a new skill level or technique, challenging
yourself artistically or simply seeing what dedication and commitment can
produce, this workshop is for you. This 52 week long workshop is a personal journey that can offer an
opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth. During this online
collage workshop participants will be challenged to create a series of collages
every week for the next 52 weeks.
During this year-long online collage
workshop participants can work at their own pacewhile sharing their
work with others in the group, as we move along from project to project.
Those taking the course will be presented with a weekly theme or
technique to enhance artistic skills and help with overall technique and
design skills. Personal weekly feedback on each week's work will be given.

Some projects featured include: Week 5: Exploring Color Relationships, Week 16: Kurt Schwitters Style Collage, Week 18: Creating A Montage Using Dry Glue Technique, Week 21: Art of Décollage, Week 38: Tarot Card Collage, Week 47: Picture Consequence Exchange and more.
This new year long online workshop starts Saturday, JANUARY 18, 2020 and will continue through January 25, 2021. The workshop is only $180. A basic material list will be provided after signing up.

Randel
Plowman received his M.F.A. in printmaking from University of
Wisconsin-Madison and his B.F.A. from Northern Kentucky University. He
has exhibited in solo and juried exhibitions throughout the United
States; in addition, his work appears in many public and private
collections in North America and abroad, his work has been cited in
numerous publications, including The New York Times and USA Today; been
featured in The Paris Review, How Designmagazine, Artist Magazine
and Somerset Studio. He is the author of two books, Masters: Collage,
and The Collage Workbook: How To Get Started And Stay Inspired
